George Brooksbank MA MRICS
CEO
George is a prime central London real estate and finance specialist with close to 20 years experience. He founded Leconfield Property Group, a boutique property development and construction company in London. He also advises various family offices in the MENA region on property and finance. He has carried out close to 100 PCL projects consistently achieving an average IRR in excess of 20%. George is well placed to execute with success through his business acumen, wealth of connections and extensive knowledge surrounding the market.
James C. Goldie

James is a career investment banker with over 30 years of experience in M&A and capital markets, gained with leading banks including Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Credit Suisse in New York, London and Dubai. James has raised several trillion dollars of capital for clients in debt and equity and also pioneered many new products including placing the first corporate bond perpetual, the first interest rate swaps in the GCC, the first asset swaps performed in the GCC, the first credit derivative placements as well as some of the most complex debt and loan financings in the TMT space. James works closely with GCC central banks, regulators and GREs. In addition, James has also been a private advisor to principals of leading families in the Middle East.
Kean Hird

Kean has over 40 years experience in the Real Estate market. He was a founding shareholder and Director for Arbuthnot Properties. Following a successful management buy-back financed by Barclays Bank, Kean became a Director of Frame Investments in 1989, and formed a joint fund with Prudential of America, which acquired a £120 million portfolio of real estate in England. Kean joined the Partnership of Catalyst Capital in 2005, a leading European real estate investment and asset management group. Catalyst Capital is the Fund’s Cornerstone Investor.
Ali Ojjeh

Ali is Founding Partner and CEO of The Capital Partnership (TCP), a multi-strategy investment firm which, together with its affiliates, has $7 billion in assets under management. In addition, he’s the Executive Chairman of Northgate Capital, a venture capital and private equity firm with $5 billion in assets under management. Prior to co-founding TCP in 1998, Ali worked in various departments at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York, including Equity Research, Equity Trading, Equity Proprietary Trading and Principal Investments.
Hani Obaid

Hani is CEO of Neo Capital in Dubai, who specialise in raising capital from the region for property and tech ventures globally. Hani holds a Bachelors degree in Management of Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. Prior to Neo Capital, Hani had extensive experience in wealth management and finance at Investcorp (4 years), Morgan Stanley as a Vice President in Private Wealth Management (4 years) and Banque Saudi Fransi (5 years).
Charles Delevingne

Charles spent his early career as a partner with prominent estate agencies, in 1981 he founded Harvey White Properties Limited, a substantial private commercial property investment company. He was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Wynnstay Properties Plc in June 2002.
Omar Dayekh

Omar is CEO of Silver Window for Construction Company, a Saudi Arabia residential and commercial development company. He currently holds responsibility over residential, commercial, and industrial units spread across multiple buildings and complexes in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. His portfolio of projects includes the development of shopping malls and commercial high-rise towers. Prior to his current position, Omar worked in finance for various institutions in Geneva, Switzerland, most notably for CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA. Omar received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California Berkeley.
